Penguin Global Publisher's refund policy does not apply under the following circumstances:
A discounted coupon was applied to your order.
A promotional or special service package was selected.
The initial draft has already received your approval.
Revisions have been requested on the project.
The order was cancelled for reasons unrelated to Penguin Global Publisher or its policies.
No contact has been made with Penguin Global Publisher for more than 2 weeks following project initiation.
The terms & conditions or privacy policy of Penguin Global Publisher have been violated.
Another service provider or freelancer has been engaged for the same project assigned to Penguin Global Publisher.
An incomplete project brief was submitted.
A change to any draft has been requested.
The maximum permitted window for submitting a refund request has elapsed.
The request is based on other circumstances such as a change of mind, a dispute with partners, or similar reasons.
The final deliverables have been approved.
Multiple revisions have been accepted for any individual service.
A bundle service was purchased and dissatisfaction pertains to one specific service -- in this case, a refund may only be claimed against that specific service, not the full bundle.
The initial project brief was not submitted within 10 days of placing the order.

We will make every effort to address your concern in accordance with our revision policy, or alternatively, issue a refund approval from our refund department via email. Upon the processing of a refund, all intellectual property rights to your draft are transferred to Penguin Global Publisher, and you will no longer be permitted -- legally -- to make use of any version of the draft delivered by our team.
As the rights to the draft revert to Penguin Global Publisher upon refund, you agree that you will hold no direct or indirect right to use any response, deliverable, work product, or media, nor will you retain any ownership interest in relation to the same.

All approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the following structure:
Refund before initial draft delivery: Full refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
Refund requested between 48 and 120 hours after initial draft delivery: 33% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
Refund requested after 120 hours of initial draft delivery: No refund will be issued. However, as we are committed to complete client satisfaction, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns so we can explore possible resolutions.
All refund requests must be directed to the support department. Penguin Global Publisher reserves the right to approve or decline any request on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the applicable user agreement.
